Embody is a gathering for anyone ready to step out of the rush and back into their body. Through breath and movement, sound and stillness, shared food and joyful dance, we'll let the nervous system settle and the heart open.
Two guides, different paths, one shared vision: a day in nature that reminds you who you are. No experience needed. Just come as you are.
Each part of the day moves you a little deeper into your body, and a little closer to each other.
